Truckee's Historical Haunted Tour October 16 + 17, 2014 Tickets on sale July 1 We are absolutely thrilled to have Bespoke featured as one of the haunted stops on this year's Tour in historic Truckee! But, you don't want to wait even another day to visit Bespoke, an incredible shop featuring great jewelry, clothing, household goods, soaps, chocolates, signs and art! This custom retail store, on the corner of Spring Street and Donner Pass Road, is truly a gem and evidence of Truckee's blossoming art and artisan scene. Owner Heather River describes Bespoke as the place you can always go to find the perfect gift. It is truly a place of artistic inspiration. "We focus our inventory on one of a kind goods from independent artisans," shares Heather. "Our shop is a mix of old meets new, focusing on “slow” products, and local and regional handmade goods." So head over to Bespoke this Memorial Day weekend and enjoy an immersion in creativity, inspiration and beauty. Our favorite Tahoe Truckee community radio station, 101.5, returns as one of Truckee's Historical Haunted Tour sponsors - A special thanks to Lindsay with an A and her awesome morning show! Tune in at 8:45 a.m. this Monday - Memorial Day - to hear from Trails & Vistas founder, Nancy Tieken Lopez, about Trails & Vistas second annual World Concert that will take place on Sept. 6 at Sand Harbor! Truckee's 2014 Historical Haunted Tour is a fundraiser for Trails & Vistas. Based on Tour proceeds, Trails & Vistas can continue offering our third grade students an art experience in nature like no other! On Sunday morning we gathered at The Cedar House Sport Hotel in Truckee to learn about the upcoming Trails & Vistas art hikes and practice guiding and storytelling techniques to make this year's Tour the best ever for our guests. A long time supporter of local arts and culture, Deb Kelly from Kelly Brothers Painting, shared her warmth, passion and energy like no one else can. Just look at the fun Kelly Brothers employees have! We love you Deb. Thank YOU for all you do to make Truckee Historical Haunted Tour such a fun and moving night out.
