WELCOME TO THE 3RD ANNUAL HISTORIC HAUNTED WALKING TOUR
Expect the unexpected!
Old timers will tell historic tales of the Wild West, ladies of nocturnal delight will sing a tune and entertaining characters will share titillating folklore along the nearly two hour walk.
In an effort to prepare you for an adventurous evening, please be prepared by reading the following:
CHECK-IN
Will begin each evening inside Moody’s Bistro & Lounge at 5:00 p.m. Please present your confirmation email and a valid I.D. (as this tour is for adults 21+). If you do not have you’re confirmation email, don’t fret, our gals at the check-in table can look up your ticket purchase from TicketLeap.
TOURING WITH AN ENTOURAGE?
An early arrival is your best chance to secure a tour with your entourage. We love a fun group and always do our best to accommodate our guests however we cannot hold a spot on a tour for anyone that has not "officially" checked-in. This requires each tour attendee in your party to be present, ticket in-hand, with a valid I.D.
WEATHER
Please dress accordingly, although we’re anticipating beautiful fall days once the sun sets the evenings in Truckee can be quite chilly. We’ll be walking for approximately two hours, wear comfortable and warm shoes.
JOINING OUR COSTUME CONTEST?
Judy and Casey will take a quick photo and write down your details, they will be located near the “check-in” area. We’ll announce each winner during our raffle prize giveaway on Friday night at Moody’s Bistro & Lounge.
LOOSEN THOSE PURSE STRINGS FOR A GOOD CAUSE
If you haven't already, catch a glimpse of the great raffle items we have available at www.truckeehistorytour.com. Since the tour is privately funded, 100% of the proceeds go directly to Trails & Vistas and the Truckee Donner Historical Society - great prizes, excellent organizations. A mere $5 buys your way into a shot at winning one of our coveted prizes. To increase your odds of winning, we're selling tickets in groups - 5 for $20 or 30 for $100. (The raffle will take place around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 inside Moody's Bistro & Lounge; winners do not need to be present to win - although the raffle drawing process is a TON of fun.)
